After her successful stint in the US she then returned to India to join Columbia Asia Group of Hospitals in Bangalore as faculty of Hospital Medicine, and with her undaunted efforts she was able to successfully implement the concept in two of their hospitals in Bangalore. To quench her desire for knowledge, she further studied and acquired a MBA, Post graduate diploma in Medical law and Ethics and is also Board Certified in Medical Quality. She has been a very successful senior manager at Columbia Asia and at her current position she shoulders several responsibilities. She oversees clinical quality, clinical records audit and is also responsible for medical aspects of International patients and other marketing initiatives. She has taken on herself the task to improve the Health Information Systems from the clinical point of view and is also involved in Consultant Recruitment, among several important roles that she plays effortlessly.
